The play frames are provided for the sole use of fee paying children only.
Although we provide staff to monitor usage of the play equipment as well as having access to first aid facilities, parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times whilst using facilities at Yellow Sub.
Sessions are restricted to 90 minutes at peak times – management reserve the right to restrict sessions to 90 minutes at all other times.
Only food & drink purchased at Yellow Sub may be consumed on this site. Under no circumstances are customers allowed to bring their own food and drink to Yellow Sub for personal consumption.
Children who are not well are advised not to use these facilities.
Height and age restrictions are in force for the safety of all children. Please note that these are currently up to 12 years of age and 4ft 9 in height.
For reasons of safety and hygiene, children must remove their shoes before playing on the equipment in the play area.
For the reasons of hygiene children must wear socks and advise on wearing long sleeve tops at all times.
Food, drink, sweets, chewing gum, or any hard/sharp object MUST not be taken into the play frame.
Yellow Sub does not accept responsibility for the loss or theft of items left unattended within the main play area.
We take any form of physical or verbal abuse directed towards customers or staff very seriously and will prosecute if deemed necessary.
