Party Terms & Conditions

1. A £100.00* deposit is required to secure your party booking; parties cannot be secured without payment of this deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. £200 deposit is required for Private Hire bookings.
2. Final numbers and any extras must be confirmed a minimum of 3 days before your party. Any additional party children on the day will be charged general admission and have to purchase their food from the counter. We cannot add any additional party food extras on the day of the party. At this time the balance must be paid in full, this can be done over the phone 08444 120 850 / 0151 708 0069 or at Yellow Sub reception.
3. If you are expecting more than 22 children, please make us aware at the time of your initial booking as you will be allocated a double party room – Subject to availability.
4. A minimum of 12 children to each party booking.
5. All Yellow Sub parties are for a duration of 1 hour 45 mins. This is split into 1 hour play and 45 minutes mealtime. The party room and designated adult seating area will be available between these times. Adults/children must not take up any additional seating outside their designated area.
6. Each child attending the party is allowed one adult. Any extra adults in addition to the number of children will be charged the standard admission price for adult entry. We cannot guarantee dedicated seating by the party room for more than 8 adults per party room booked.
7. Siblings will not be allowed to enter the party room unless they are included in the party numbers and have paid the party price per child.
8. Any additional siblings of party guests will be charged a standard price for entry and will receive standard entry fee benefits.
9. We ask party parents arrive 10 minutes before the party, no earlier and party guests arrive for the designated party time. No food or drink unless purchased from the Yellow Sub is to be consumed on the premises.
10. Our food is prepared in an environment that contains nuts and other ingredients with known allergens such as gluten, dairy and lactose. Please inform a member of staff before your party so we are aware and can offer alternatives where possible. The parent of the child with the allergies will have to sign an allergy waiver upon their visit.
11. Yellow Sub caters for dietary requirements where possible. Any additional ingredients required for the party may be subject to a surcharge of an extra £2.00 to your party booking.
12. We allow non-marking table decorations. We do not allow any wall decorations, loose balloons, sparklers, confetti, and party poppers of any kind are strictly prohibited throughout Yellow Sub. Helium balloons are permitted but must be securely attached to a weight to prevent them from rising to the ceiling and always remain within the designated party room. £100 service charge if balloons are not weighted and are lost.
13. We do not allow any mascots/characters, or third-party entertainment (face painting). If requested must be agreed by Yellow Sub and must provide a copy of their Public Liability Insurance to Yellow Sub prior to your party booking.
14. All adults and children must wear socks at all times.
15. In order to avoid potential friction burns, Yellow Sub advise that clothing which covers arms and legs is worn.
16. Yellow Sub is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage of customer’s personal belongings.
17. Yellow Sub cannot store any customer’s personal belongings before or after the party.
18. Management reserve the right to make changes without notice.
19. You are providing your information to The Yellow Submarine Activities Ltd. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found on our website.
