Rules of Play
- Sessions are restricted to 90 minutes. Your session duration includes time of the equipment and food time in the café. If you exceed your time limit, you will be charged upon exit.
- Please keep your entry receipt with you at all times as it will be required upon exit.
- Any customer under the age of 16 will be subject to a child admission fee.
- Concession rates are available for registered carers. Concession rates are provided only upon presentation of applicable proof and these documents must be presented every visit. Only one carer per child may receive this rate.
- Concession rates may be made available to school bookings and registered charities during off-peak periods. These must be agreed upon by Yellow Sub management prior to a visit.
- Last general admission is 17:00 daily. Management reserve the right to refuse entry or amend this time should maximum capacity be reached.
- Only food and drink purchased from Yellow Sub may be consumed on these premises.
- Food, drink, sweets, chewing gum, or any hard/sharp object MUST NOT be taken into the play frame.
- For reasons of safety and hygiene, children must remove their shoes before playing on the equipment in the play area.
- Children must wear socks at all times for hygiene purposes. We advise wearing clothing covering arms and legs.
- Instructions must be adhered to at all times for purpose of safety.
- Smaller play area is strictly for children 0 – 4 years. Children over the age of 4 years will be asked to leave unless deemed supervising a younger member of their group.
- Yellow Sub staff are responsible for the monitoring and use of equipment. Supervision of children is solely the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
- Yellow Sub does not accept responsibility for the loss/damage of personal belongings.
- Yellow Sub has a zero-tolerance policy for all forms of discrimination and aggression towards staff and the public.
- Yellow Sub reserves the right to refuse admission or remove from the premises without any right to a refund, any person whose presence or behaviour may affect the enjoyment and/or safety of other guests or staff. If required, this will be enforced through police action.
- Yellow Sub reserve the right to close the play frame, slides or remove equipment from use during our trading hours for any reason, without compensation.
- Yellow Sub reserve the right to alter times, prices, menus and equipment without notice.
