Yellow Sub has its very own café and all of our menu is freshly prepared on site daily. Our extensive menu has been designed to have something for everyone, whilst taking into consideration dietary requirements and allergies. Only food and drink purchased from Yellow Sub may be consumed on these premises.

Yellow Sub do not take pre-bookings for general admission, and operates a pay on arrival system where you will be booked in by a member of our Reception team.
We do advise customers arrive at 10am during our PEAK times to avoid queuing.
If we reach capacity in our main floor, a ticketing system will be put in place to manage queues.

*Management reserve the right to refuse customer admission earlier due to maximum capacity.
Yellow Sub staff are responsible for the monitoring and usage of equipment. Supervision of children is the responsibility of the parent/guardian.
For reasons of both safety and hygiene, children must remove their shoes before playing on the equipment in the play area. Children must be wearing socks and we advise wearing clothing covering arms and legs. Socks can be purchased from our reception desk.

There is ample free parking available at Yellow Sub along the Atlantic Way road.
We have free Wi-Fi available for customer use at Yellow Sub! Just look for our Wi-Fi network when you visit and sign in using Facebook, Twitter or complete the email form.

Concession rates are provided only upon presentation of applicable proof and these documents must be presented on every visit.
Accepted documents:
Presentation of disability ID such as a DLA form, a doctor’s note/diagnosis letter.
Peak times: Weekends, all school holidays and bank holidays.
Off Peak times: Tuesday to Friday term time. Please note we are closed on Mondays except on school and bank holidays.

See our pricesYellow Sub is an all-inclusive environment serving our diverse surrounding community. Our menu caters for a variety of dietary requirements such as Halal, Kosher, lactose free, dairy free, gluten free, vegan and vegetarian.
Our staff are always happy to address any concerns regarding dietary requirements and allergens and our chefs are on hand to assist with most of our customer needs. This is indeed only made possible as we prepare all our food fresh in our own kitchen.
On occasions that a customer may inform us of any severe allergies or anaphylactic reactions that may require medical attention if triggered, our staff will make an informed decision in how confident and comfortable they are to serve the customer. We aim to cater for all customers and provide alternatives in house, but on rare occasions when we feel there may be a risk of allergic reaction, we reserve the right to deny service.
Even though the main focus of our business is of course the play we do have due diligence to all our customers to keep them safe at all times. For the same reasons we may be reluctant to serve a customer with such severe allergies, we do not allow customers to bring in their own food as this is the potential cause of cross contamination.
We would like to assure all customers that our policies are based on experience and our careful and persistent efforts to keep all our customers safe so that they can enjoy a safe, fun-filled play session at Yellow Sub.

Taking party bookings now!
A £100.00* deposit is required to secure your party booking, parties cannot be secured without payment of this deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. *£200 deposit is required for Private Hire bookings.
Final numbers and any extras must be confirmed a minimum of 3 days before your party. At this time the balance must be paid in full, this can be done over the phone 08444 120 850 or 0151 708 0069 or at Yellow Sub reception.
We will call you about three days before your party to confirm numbers. Even if there are minor changes on the day, if you let us know we’ll always do our best to accommodate.
Our advice is always to book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. However, a minimum of 4-5 weeks is normally sufficient.
Yes, however there are two ways to book a party: in person and over the phone. A £100 deposit will be required and payment may be made by cash or credit/debit card.

Party ExtrasOf course you can. We offer a variety of different options to suit your budget. These are available online when booking however for further information, please feel free to give us a call on 0151 708 0069.
If you are sure your party number is going to be greater than 25, then we strongly advise you to book two rooms. You’ll need to book for a minimum of 25 children. Should you then realise that these numbers may be less, then as long as you inform us two weeks before – we can revert back to one room otherwise a minimum of 25 will need to be paid for.
